Yes you could and tbh I would recommend dropping the pills as they cause so much more damage, ue a condom the chances of pregnancy through up sex is 15% at ovulation anyway and thats the very highest peak for pregnancy so you are really are at no threat through using a condom and protecting yourself against cancer, infertility and your womb etc being damaged by the pill.
