Is it possible that im pregnant again?!

i'm a 23 yr old mother of a 1yr old little girl i have been on birth control off and on for a yr i was on the shot but i switched to the patch and i just recently got off the patch due to me getting sick alot i have been getting my periods regularly every month this month i haven't got my period i have been having protected sex all except one time and we use the pull out method but lately i have been having way more discharge the same way i did when i was pregnant with my first child and headaches that come and go i no it still early but i wanted to no what is the possibility of me being pregnanat again?
