Question: GIRLS I NEED PERIOD HELP!!! THANKS!! ASAP!! : )?

Ok so I am 13 and I am about 5'3 and I weigh about 185 (yes I know I am overweight but I also have big bone structure) I have some arm pit hair i have recently been getting more in about the last 6 months, of course lots of leg hair that I have shaved since grade 5, quite abit of pubic hair that has been growing for about a year and a half and I have had vaginal discharge for about 6 months to a year and lately it has became more "creamy" and I have been noticing it alot more. Especially when I am in the shower with a rag and I wipe myself down there there is a good deal of thick dishcarge. I have started wearing pads because it gets on my underwear and then it turns hard and slightly yellow. Also my breast have been really sore and tender and I am wearing a bra size 34 or 36 B. I have breast buds to! My mom got her period at age 16 but she wasnt as developed as I am but my half sis got hers at age 11! So when do you think I will get mine? Today It was weird but the inside of my thighs were hurting and right where my ovaries (I think) were it was very tender and sore. I also got a few cramps last night and some today but when I look down there all there is is discharge. O and I forgot to add lol I dont really exercise much and my mom when she got hers she was really skinny so i think thats why she got hers so late and my sis was approximatlly my size when she got hers early. Im not really in a rush I just want to see about how long until I should probably be expecting it. I also go visit my folks in another state alot so should I bring like pads over spring break next month if I dont have it or? Please help me and sorry it took alot of wwriting I just wanted to add all the little details that are important in determining when you will get your first period. O and I promise this is the last detail lol I have had alot of mood swings latley. PLease Help an thanks alot!! : )

Answers:

Sounds like you are developing normally and going through puberty --
But there is no way for anyone to know when you might start - so , yeah , take some pads to be prepared in case it happens --
Stop obsessing over it - you are still young (your sister was abnormally early) -
go enjoy being 13 ---

No one can answer this question. Only Mother Nature herself knows when you'll start. For now, always have a pad with you and wear liners. When you go to visit over spring break have pads and liners with you. It's better to have too many pads with you than nothing.

Don't wory, sounds like it's on it's way soon. But don't rush it, believe me you won't want I when it comes. I got my first period when I was 13 too. Good luck :) (ps. U should prob bring pads with u on spring break)

i'm 13 and i havent had my period yet either! i have discharge just liek you. everything you discribed about ur discharge is just like mine. and yes pack pads. you never know when it'll happen. be ready just in case! :) hang in there! :D

Sounds like your getting close, and just so you know your first periods will have more brown discharge than red, i don't know why, and when i first got mine i was really confused. I would not worry about travel, they have store's everywere, and if your mom, or another girl goes, im sure they can help you out.

obviously i can't tell you exactly when yours will arrive, but going by your description, it could be in the next few months.

i would always pack a couple of pads and a spare pair of underwear in your handbag wherever you go. as you never know when it will spring up on you.
