What is coming out of me?!

It is so weird what is coming out of me. I have this off white discharge and it comes out like flour mixed with water (dough like.) If I mush it, it has a creamy texture. I really hate this. It does not itch or smell. It actually smells very clean like sterile almost.

I am pretty sure that I am ovulating because the texture is very slimy and stretchy but there is this other discharge that is just weird. It is so hard to describe how it comes out. It comes out kind of stringy and a bit clumpy but it looks like when you mix water and flour like when you are baking.

I can also see white creamy stuff on my vaginal walls. I can actually work my muscles so that I push this discharge out and I took it out and it was hanging from my fingertips. (Don't mean to gross you out)

What can it be? I don't have sex and have been celibate for years.

Do you think that it is yeast? What should I do to get rid of it? I drink coffee everyday and consume a lot of sugar.

Should I go buy some Monistat and cut out the sugar for a few months and see if that works? I don't always have this discharge certain days of the month it is clear and does not come out like this.

I am expecting my period somewhere near the first of next month. I don't see the point in seeing the doctor because I went earlier this month and was treated for BV. I don't have any STD's and my pap is normal.
