Worst 7 months of my life. Long, but please read and answer. STD, vaginal infect!

Alright, so I could write a book on everything that has happened to me in the last 7-8 months. This all started back in July. Very long story short, i am a 20 year old female. i am a virgin but have engaged in oral sex with 2 guys in the last year. one guy has had one other partner, and the other, zero. it all started one day when i was running very hard consistently for a few weeks and i started having this dark black discharge with one little spot of blood in it. it did not smell, hurt, nothing.

then, after this happening for 5 days, it went away but i noticed i started having extreme itching and burning down there. i told my mom about it and she said it was probably a yeast infection. i used an otc cream and after 3-4 days, the burning and itching subsided. a week later i went on vacation and i noticed the burning was back :( i have always had a good amt of discharge so i always wear a pad and tight clothing. this time i used the 3 day capsules instead of the 7 day cream and everything got better.

however, a month later i started noticing that i was using the restroom frequently. i used to use the bathroom only 2-3 times a day but was going atleast 2 times in an hour. i was not drinking much more than usual or anything. it did not hurt when i went, nor was it any strange color. i ended up getting amoxicillin and taking it for 2 weeks. i then started reading online about stds. i immediately panicked and swore i must have one, given i had most of the symptoms. so a week after i got off the amoxicillin, i got a full panel std test for $250. total rip off, i know. it was done at labcorp and everything came back negative. they did the chlamydia and gonorrhea tests through the NAAT urine test and blood tests for hepatitis, herpes 1 & 2, hiv, & syphillis. the hiv test and syphillis came back "non-reactive" and the values for the herpes test were "filler" numbers, which meant 0 or close to. not sure. THEN, i was like oh ****, i bet the amoxicillin interfered with the tests because it was only a week after. so, i waited a month and took the chlamydia and gonorrhea tests again, still negative.

by this time, you can understand my frustration. i urinate frequently, again, with NO pain. i havent had a regular period since this has been happening, only brown to dark brown spotting with little bits of red blood and mucus. i have been trying to save money to go to doc but i do not have health insurance so after waiting 7 months, i went to planned parenthood about 2 weeks ago. she looked and at that point i had a lot of white discharge. she took a look and said it was yeast and gave me diflucan and birth control pills called lutera. after taking the single dose of diflucan, all the white stuff started coming out and is no longer on my cervix. but, i really don't think it was a yeast infection bc it didnt itch or burn really :( sometimes my vagina randomly burns and feels hot, but maybe bc of all the clothing and pads? she did end up taking a swab of the fluid and doing a wet mount, ph, and a culture for gonorrhea and chlamydia. STILL NEGATIVE. she even told me its hard to get a std through oral sex but she would test to ease my mind.

so since ive had 3 negative gonorrhea and chlamydia tests through urine and vaginal fluid, i should stop worrying about it but its hard because i still have the symptoms :( ive been extremely depressed and its causing me to fail college courses. i have no money to get to the doctor yet and somedays i want to committ suicide because im so ashamed of what might be wrong. i keep thinking its herpes or vaginal warts. i'm scared and alone. i'm not a dirty person and i dont want anyone to think i am. i just have this continuous cycle of whats going on and its so frightening. first i'll have a lot of white discharge, then after a few weeks it starts to turn a yellowish brown (although more light brown) i'll have the light brown discharge for a few days and then it turns dark brownish black and has spots of blood in it and mucus. what the hell is going on? nothing really smells, there's only burning every once in awhile, and mostly when i focus on it and the frequent urination seems to be less prevalent when i'm busy as opposed to being at home, thinking.

am i crazy? i know there's something wrong but idk what. i've researched for months and can't find an answer. would the np at planned parenthood have noticed if it was a cervical infection or something like that? i'm at my wits end and i just need somebody to listen. so if anyone, anyone has anything to help me out, PLEASE let me know. you'd be helpiong me out greatly. i just wish i could get the antibiotics for chlamydia and gonorrhea so i could just stop worring about that and realize that if i did have it, that would clear it. i do have pelvic pain sometimes. like menstural cramps. almost think its caused by my birth control. idk, please help. someone, anyone....
