Should I be worried I need your help?!

Question: Should I be worried I need your help?
My head seems to hurt everyday, I wake up with a headache and I go to sleep with one. If I don't take something for it it turns into a migraine. It can really ruin your day and I want it to stop. What should I do? What test should I ask the doctor to run?

Answers:

There is such a thing as daily recurring migraines, and it's genetic. You should consult with a doctor. There is medication for this, and you may have to try all the different kinds till you find the right one.
Sometimes it can be caused by an allergy, too, and I know of a person who got rid of their life-long headaches by giving up dairy products. Dust or mold can also cause this kind of problem.

You shouldn't be worried, but a continuing headache can be indicative of something serious, in which case you would need medical attention. Having said that, I would advise you to thoroughly check your house for anything that might be emitting some sort of fumes. Even a stopped, or slow draining sink or tub can be a source of toxic fumes. Whether or not you find a source, and whether or not see a doctor, I would highly recommend that you pick up a couple of ferns. Not only are the plants pretty, but they clean the air. I hope you find something that helps. Continual pain is bad, but when it's located above the shoulders, it can be unbearable.

Just go to your doctor and explain it.
He/she will know what test to run.
