Don't know what to do about this....?!

Question: Don't know what to do about this....?
I have swimming sports on Wednesday. I am a natural breastroker and have won many titles and championships for the past four years. When I lose a race occassionally people laugh and celebrate and this has caused me to be extremely anxious and worried before a race. I'm considering not swimming because it makes me feel sick and I start crying when I think of losing, it sounds stupid I know. I feel so much pressure. Should I swim or not. I have already accomplished everything I want in swimming, won numerous ribbons and medals. Should I put myself through this, risk losing and everything that will come with it?

This exact situation applied to me with athletics and luckily, I found a simple solution.

DON'T WORRY.

I remember I used to feel very nervous and losing a race seemed like a nightmare. Eventually, however, I decided that it did not matter whether I won or lost and surprisingly, this mindset actually helped me win races.

Oh, and never give up on swimming. Swimming is a lifelong physical activity that will always benefit you. Just remember, the people who laugh at you when you lose are the REAL losers. The worst mistake would be to give into them by quitting swimming.

If you enjoy swimming, then swim! Don't listen to what the others are saying. You're not always going to win, it's a part of life. Try not to feel too down about it. So don't worry about it too much, go out there, and just swim! :)

You are sportsman, sometimes lose sometimes win.No sick no bed feeling just work and training and Go ahead .Only positive thinking
