I'm I about to have my period ?!

you could be a bit poorly or yes this could your period, heavy or painful periods can cause diarrhea, i suffer from very heavy periods and for the past few years every time i have a period i also get stomach cramps and diarrhea. The diarrhea doesnt last long, usually not even a day but ive been told its quite common.

You could just be sick. Cramps are a little different. They're more like...a kind of hot or warm feeling pain in your lower stomach...at least, that's how they seem to me most of the time.

Yeah I agree, you're probably just sick. Unless you've spotted, you're probably not getting your period.
