Question: Letter from doctor and not sure what it means!!?
It doesn't explain what its about but on the other sheet the letter came with, has a list of things.
and Vaginal vault and endometrium have been ticked, now i know what both of them are,
but was wondering if anyone could tell me what the doctor could possible assume i have?
and if it could be bad?, considering that they waited 3 and a half months to send this letter.. :S

If there was something they found that was immediately concerning, you probably would have gotten a phone call and a request to be seen immediately (infection, etc).
It sounds like the tests you requested take time to come back from the lab, and the pathologist has to read it. You should make the appointment in case there is something important which the lab showed, but is not immediately concerning. Sometimes, cells which look suspicious come back, and the doctor would want to discuss options with you. However, I do not know your doctor, and so you may need to find out for yourself what is going to happen.
And I just realized you're in another country, so I'm hoping things are similar.
