Question: What is going on? I'm confused.?

My sister's 11, and she is finding this 'stuff' at the bottom of her underwear. She said at first, it was white, then she started getting it more often, and it was brown-ish, and now it is green. She has no idea what is going on! She is not sexually active,for she is only 11. She is not very developed, ( small chest, no hair on underarms, est) and under wait. What is going on?

It's probably just normal discharge which will increase with her hormonal changes as her body prepares to menstruate. If there was something wrong the discharge would have a bad odor and she'd have soreness or itching. :)

green color means some infection of pseudomonas, under develop children have low resistance of body and may catch infect quickly.
In my opinion u should go for a culture and sensitivity test of urine and vaginal swab.
