Question: I'm on vacation and left my bc pills at home. I just got my period after 2 days of not taking them.?

Can I resume taking them as if i never stopped when i get home, and throw out the ones that i should have taken? will i stop my period and get it again at the right time if i do that? By the way, the concern here is not protection from pregnancy, I just want to have a regular cycle.

Yes i would continue to take them as normal, if it is a 28 day pill because you start these the first day anyway. But don't worry about the bleeding because what the pill does is send a signal to your brain to tell you when to and not to bleed so without that signal your body preactically does what it wants....you may be a little irregular for a month but you should get back to normal.

normally it should be started on 7th day of last tab
now u should resume from 7th day with new pack.
u will have regular cycle and protection as well.
