in my opinion u should take combined pills of 21 pack available at ur place. start pills on the first day of start of period
pills should be taken at the same time each day for 21 days then stop and again continue on 7th day.
u should stop pills after six cycles for one month it will reset the normal and natural function of ur organs, and normalize ur weight.

Everything about periods works in cycles: your hormones, hunger, dryness, etc. A hormonal birth control, by delivering a low, constant amount of hormones, essentially pauses your cycle (ideally between your period and ovulation). Every one's hormone levels vary slightly, so each hormonal birth control varies slightly, and thus each hormonal birth control will affect you a little differently (by pausing your cycle at a slightly different place).

They shouldn't change your hunger level very much. Most of them will make you a little dry, because that part of your cycle between your period and ovulation is when you would normally feel driest. It shouldn't be anything a little personal lubricant or vaseline won't fix, though. I've been taking Sprintec for a year and a half, and I only have problems with dryness during really dry weather.

The other way hormonal birth controls vary (the first one was the amount of hormones) is the type of synthetic hormone (progestin). Some of them have a higher frequency of annoying side effects (like increased hunger), but very low chances of more serious side effects like blood clots. Other types have low frequency of annoying side effects but slightly increased risks of more serious ones, and thus, for liability reasons, are not prescribed as often. If you are young and don't smoke, you should ask your doctor about choosing a birth control that uses one of the low side effect types of synthetic progestin.

I'd be surprised if any of them affected your OCD.

For finding the right amount of hormone, I think you just need to guess and check, but for finding the right type you can check out the source below.

Personal experience, and my own version of OCD (I research every medication thoroughly before I take it.) Also check out: http://contraception.about.com/od/thepil…

Everyone reacts differently to different types of BC, that's why there are so many different kinds. I take Yasmin, and I haven't had any problems. Not sure what effect it might or might not have on OCD though, I don't think they have statistics for that sort of thing.
But if you're OCD, at least you know you'll take the pill at the same time every day (LOL) o0o0o come on...smile THAT WAS FUNNY!
