How do you know if you have broken your hymen (menstrual cup)?!

Question: How do you know if you have broken your hymen (menstrual cup)?
I am considering this new product called a Menstrual Cup

Although i am still a virgin, I'm wondering if their is a way to tell if you have broken it or not. It seemed from the information i got reading online that they would be easier to use if yours was broken

anyone know, since you can break it during daily activities?

Answers:

The menstrual cup isn't new, in fact like another user said, and I do agree, it is easier to use without a hymen. Mine's been so much easier to get in since I've lost my virginity.

Anyway, it took my hymen a while to break. The first few times I had sex all I did was stretch it out further. Hymens don't actually "break" they kind of tear a little and then wear away over time. It's not easy to really break your own hymen, so I suggest stretching it out more. I did that by seeing how many fingers I could fit into my vagina. It didn't actually hurt the first time I had sex either.

You can actually see your hymen. It's at the opening to your vagina. So if you look at a diagram and then take a mirror and look at your vagina, you'd probably be able to identify it.

The best way is to have a doctor examine you, but Sheena's advice is accurate. Menstrual cups have been around for over ten years, by the way, so they're not really that new. There may be several companies that manufacture these cups, but at least one of them makes two sizes/shapes. Do some more online research to get more information. My wife really likes hers. When you do get it, the instructions will tell you to clip off part of the stem, which is what you use to remove it for cleaning. Her suggestion is not to clip it off at all until you've tried it for a few days. That will help you decide how much to clip off. It takes a bit of practice to make it easy to insert and remove.

If you've used tampons before, it shouldn't be problematic. If you can easily insert two fingers into your vagina, it's safe to assume yours is broken.

when its broke you will bleed for two days, brownlish blood and it hurts a bit to break it so you would know.
