Woman's Once a Day Multivitamin. Women are especially susceptible to vitamin deficiency because we tend to put the well being of others first. For instance, household chores, picking up the kids, laundry, etc. tend to take precedence over properly feeding ourselves. Multivitamins help to make sure that we are getting everything we need. It helps balance your hormones and some recent scientific studies have shown that it helps reduce the risk of developing chronic illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. It also reduces stress and you will feel better and have more energy. As far as the boobs, I'm afraid your stuck with them unless you plan on having surgery.

Everyone should be taking vitamins because it's nearly impossible to get the recommended daily dosage of vitamins in your regular diet. Try women's once a day, that should get you pretty well covered. I have no idea if there are any vitamins for your boobs, that you may want to ask your doc about.

Everyone should take a daily multi-vitamin. You can find them just about anywhere, including grocery stores. Generic work just as well as name brands. If you could take a pill to make your breasts grow or not sag, breast enlargement surgery wouldn't be as popular as it is.

i dont take vitamins either.. o.o'
