I'm not sure whether or not what i'm experiencing when I have sex is an orgasm or not, which seems kind of pathetic not knowing whether or not your having an orgasm. I've been dating my boyfriend for four years now and faked my first orgasm the first time we had sex. Every single time we have sex i make it seem like i have one. However, the first time i felt like i had one was about 9 months into having sex one random night. It felt like tingling and felt very good for about 10 seconds and then it just stops and i'm still arroused after unlike him who is satisfied right away after. Anyway I've had this feeling almost every other time i've had sex and it only happens when im on top. Sometimes i get the feeling when im just rubbing against him not even having sex. Does this make sense?

If you have an orgasm, you'll know for sure. It sounds like you're on the verge of having one and probably very close. When you get that feeling, don't stop... you're just getting started!
you just answered your question yourself when you said "felt very good for about 10 seconds". All i can is keep doing it, no pun intended, and try different positions.
