Question: If you skip the placebo week and miss two pills during the first week of active pills can you get pregnant?
I am not sure whether to treat my "first week" of active pills as a first week since I skipped the placebos and have had a constant stream of hormones for four weeks straight now. If I missed two pills during this first week though can I get pregnant?

YES! you can never miss a day or the treatment will defo fail. Good Luck :]]
Yes, anytime you miss two or more pills in a row you need to use backup birth control for the rest of the entire month. It becomes ineffectively at that point.
If you miss any of the active pills you severely increase your chances of getting pregnant.
