You're still growing, so give them time. Otherwise there's not much of anything you can do. Try and think of it positively. Smaller breasts sag less in old age and are less likely to give you back problems. So, try and embrace what you have. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
You just have to learn to like what you have. I am a 32 A and I am fine with it. Don't worry, mine didn't even get that big until I was 17 so you have plenty of time.
Youre 14! Why do you want boobs? LOL theyll probly go more eventually just be patient!
I cant really say anything I have D-cups... LOL had them since I was 12.

Don't stress, you're only 14 years old. You shouldn't be self-conscious about your body at your young age. It could be that you still are not done growing. Stay positive!
You're stuck with what heredity gives you. But you're still young so don't give up yet.
