Question: Should i take my nuvaring out before any sexual activity?
i don't want to feel awkward when being with someone and they don't know its in there...please help.

I wouldn't take it out. It can theoretically be removed for up to three hours, but it won't be as effective.
Personally, I think that if you're having sex with someone, you should probably be comfortable enough to say, "Hey, I've got a NuvaRing," before you get down to it.
leave it in, they cant feel it.
