Don't be grossed out or anything. You're definitely about to get your first period. Sounds like your right on track. This is something you will "enjoy" for a very long time so get use to talking about it to your mom and best friend. Brownish stuff is just the color of old blood which you might get at the end of every period. If by next month you're healthy and at your normal weight then you will probably get a regular period.

For right now, get yourself a pad. Be careful not to let it stain your clothes(embarrassing!) Do some research. And its time to find your favorite brand of feminine products! Hurray, lol

the pink discharge was blood that was mixed in with your naturel gels from "down there" the brown on your underwear was indeed blood. blood turns brown with time. (ever looked at an old bandaid?) its normal for girls your age to have "mini" periods before the actul thing. dont worry, your period will be on its way soon =) if not already happened.
id give it two months if you havnt had it yet, if you STILL dont have it it might take a year. thats what happend to my mom.

Brown discharge is a big sign your period is coming. I think at most it will be a month, but that's just a guess. It sounds like you'll get it really soon though, I'd keep pads/tampons with you at all time, just in case.

The pink and brown discharge probably is your period.

My first period was entirely brown discharge, and judging from questions on here, that's the case for many girls.
