Honestly, you shouldn't be having sex in high school. I know a girl who got pregnant in high school...a few girls, actually. One of them it was their first time, too. REALLY changes your whole life, and takes away many opportunities, and causes unbelievable amounts of stress and don't even get me started about the insults/teasing! You don't need to be having sex in high school, and really shouldn't be. Heck, I'm a sophomore in college and a proud virgin...it's not that hard.

But as for the cherry thing, don't bother. Most girls will pop them when they try using tampons for the first few times. So unless you're lying about your age here, your friend and yourself may have already popped your cherry without even knowing it. It's the stretching I think that makes sex painful the first time.

I wouldn't do that. Do it naturally. Let it happen the way it should. And besides its gonna hurt the same any ways. Because you are still going to be stretching that skin. And for some women it hurts almost every time depending on how your skin is. if your skin is naturally tight then chances are your vaginal skin is the same way. it will loosen for a little while but then it will tighten back up. just let it happen don't do it your self.
