This is most certainly your period. It is not uncommon to get it at age 12. Pantyliners will NOT be enough to control your flow. You need to get PADS. Ask your Mom to take you to the pharmacy. Also, you are not bleeding too much. The doctor always told me that too much is if you bleed through a regular or heavy absorbency pad or tampon in less than 30 mins. Changing a pad every 3-8 hours is quite common. It is also common to notice blood when you pee. Everything sounds normal. So do not be afraid. Talk to your Mom and go get some pads. You will be fine. :) Welcome to being a woman!!

You know...since you're only wearing pantyliners, that could be just a normal period...why don't you just wear a pad? They're made to soak more up, so you wont have to change them as soon.

And don't worry, it really doesn't sound heavy enough to cause you to pass out. Just relax, and use a pad, please.
