As for the "strength" of a male's sperm, it's impossible to know without getting a few tests done. The doctors don't test the "strength" of the sperm, of course. That's really just an expression - and an inaccurate one at that. The tests usually include a sperm-count and tests for anything that may be keeping his sperm from performing their duty [that is, egg fertilization].

Your main question is elementary.Sub question is meaningless.There is nothing like powerful sperm.Just one of them is sufficient to make you pregnant, if you are a woman.
