Could I have dysmenorrhea or endometriosis?!

Question: Could I have dysmenorrhea or endometriosis?
I know most women dread their period, but I dread it more than any of my friends. I'm a senior in high school and ever since my first period I have always had severe cramping. It feels like someone is stabbing a knife in me. I can barely move, and I have to take off school and sometimes work. But the severe cramping really happens the first day and sometimes second. I do feel discomfort the rest of the period, but nothing compare to what I feel the first couple of days. I have to sit in the bathroom because the pain is so bad it causes me to vomit everything I try to eat. No pain killers help. I've tried pamprin, midol, motrin, ibprofin 800 and i was even given a vicodin, but i always end up just vomiting them up...Should I see a gynocologist? Or am I just super sensitive to pain?
Every period I have I just want to die. I just feel weak everywhere. During my last period my boyfriend had to carry me to the bathroom because I just couldn't walk. I sweat like crazy and like I said, just really lethargic and I feel sore and weak. and idk if this has anything to do with anything menstrual related, and its sorta gross, but sometimes I even get diahrea. Idk if its something to do with the severe pain, but I always get it during my period. Though it goes away as the pain does.
Also, my cramps get worse when I have to take a car ride, does this happen to anyone else? I think its all the bumps and being jostled around...

Please help. If this doesn't sound like dysmenorrhea or endometriosis please tell me. I really don't want anything to be wrong with me haha.

and ask away, I don't mind answering any questions you have.

Answers:

Yes your experience during your periods should not cause you to be unable to walk, thats awful
visit GP or GYNO

Perhaps my story will help you:

I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2000

What you are experiencing was the same with me
took ton of painkillers especially strong ibuprofen every period for 6days
was worried about my liver

I couldnt walk to the loo with my back straight or do any work

I had surgery, first time 2000 was to confirm diagnosis of endometriosis
second surgery was to treat returning symptoms
Third surgery 2005 was an intense one

I then has injections to stop my period for 6 months (bliss)
then I wated to try drug free natural, the pain was medium mild
but I had enough of pain
so Doctor advised to go back on the pill,

On the Pill the pain diminished to a slight twinge, able to walk, able to do work
no pain, could go pain-tablet free some periods!! which was a miracle!!
but my energy was low during periods, and would stock up on caffeine cola

I have since gone onto a milder pill which has cleared the very light acne I had
The milder pill has also returned more energy to me during my period
and the Pain is a mere flutter and is not constant, and is easily forgotten when doing work, doing a task or in conversation

Look after your fertility health,
I really want children in the future
