What is the best birth control and why?!
Question: What is the best birth control and why?
I have never been on birth control before. I'm trying to find one to help mostly with menstrual cramping. Do IUD's help with cramping? What about the pill? Aren't there several differnet kinds of the pill?

There is pills that do prevent cramping and also if you feel sick whilst 'on', but i'm not sure what they are called but would advise you to go to the doctors and talk about it. The best pill for me was Yazmin as these did not make me put any weight on
abstinence is the best birth control method because if you don't do it, you won't get pregnant.
I haven't heard of birth control pills that help with menstrual cramps at the same time..
