I HAD PARAGARD INSERTED ON THE 17TH OF FEB. I HAD JUST FINISHED MY PERIOD ON THE 13TH BEFORE. I HAVE BEEN SPOTTING EVER SINCE. IS THIS NORMAL? I'VE CALLED DOCTOR TWICE AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH HER DUE TO "BAD WEATHER"

This is normal. A lot of women have spotting after inserting the IUD for up to 2-3 months. It's completely normal. If it becomes a full out period that doesn't stop, then I would try harder to speak to her, but until then, you're fine.
Spotting can occur for like a month or so, until your body adjusts. As long as there is not pain or heavy bleeding you are fine. Just have to deal with the pain in a@# spotting.
