Why do I bloat after eating?!
Question: Why do I bloat after eating?
is it the fiber in cereals? I love mini wheats and that's usually what I have. Should I change it?

Have you ever been tested for celiac disease (intolerance to wheat) or lactose intolerance (intolerance to dairy). This can cause bloating almost immediately after eating.
Bloating after eating sounds like an intolerance to something you're eating. Wheat or gluten is a likely culprit for this kind of reaction. So is dairy if you always have milk with your cereal.
Pay attention: do you bloat when you eat other things, too? What foods make you bloat? Does when you eat them make a difference? Some people have limited intolerances--it's possible to be lactose intolerant only in the morning, for example.
If you're worried about your weight, bloating in reaction to something you eat has very little to do with your overall weight. Bloating when you eat cereal shouldn't be a reason to diet. It is a reason to cut cereal (or wheat, or gluten, or milk) out of your diet if you turn out to be intolerant to it.
every time you eat, you're stomach will appear a little bigger since you're adding stuff into your stomach. if it's super uncomfortable and you feel it's bigger than normal, i would consider getting tested for gluten or lactose intolerance.
