what are fast ways to cure a cold / flu?!

If you have flu and I don't mean a bad cold or alleged one day flu, then nothing will stop it and very little will help with it. You have ten days of suffering and I| mean suffering. I have had it twice in my life and all the Doctor advised was, when he's cold cover him up, when he's hot un cover him and that was that. They do say for what its worth feed a cold and starve a fever.

LEMOOOON! make lemon your best friend!
Get a lemon in half and squeeze all the juice of boths halves into a mug. Then pour boiling water in it, add a teaspoon a honey to help with your throat and get rid of the bitter taste from the lemon. Now smell it! Sniff it strong! That feels good right? Now drink it all! Have loads of lemon/honey teas until your better and trust me , it works

I have had many flu's in the past

lots of lemsip, liquid or pill. this helped and my flu lasted for about 3 days normally 5-6 DAYS.:)
