what happened to me last night?!

Question: What happened to me last night?
last night, i woke up in the middle of the night. the room was spinning, i felt sick i could bearly keep my eyes open and i kept tossing and turning, halluconating (yes, i know thats not spelt right, its suppose to be the thing were you see things and go kinda loopy) anyway, i was craving a drink (despite having a drink next to me) and couldnt call for help, it was as if i was paralyzed...i couldn't control what i was doing. all day i have been feeling light headed...its kinda scared me.
im 14 if that helps, yes i know there are alot of spelling mistakes and i need to learn how to spell. :)
anyway, i am also in the last few days of my cold if that is relevent? i have colds a lot because i have been ill with random things most my life and i have never had anything like that before.
not on drugs.
what do you think it could of been, will it happen again tonight? (if you think its anything serious or life threatening dont tell me please. )

hi,,

You know what i think.. i think..you sound like your anaemic..please get your self checked out by a doctor...
and are you eating properly. no crash diet or anything?
i had the same problem..i was wondering do you feel hot when this starts happening to you..?
and do you hear anything in your ears?.....

i really hope you are ok..

This happens to me too sometimes because Im anemic. Go to a doctor. Tell him/her what happened and theyll do tests. Also look up effects of anemia. Youll be inspired to go to the doctor.

You should tell your parents and see a doctor ASAP!!

Are you sure you weren't dreaming? Because there's something called sleep paralysis, that my brother experiences quite a lot, where you can't move or say anything, and you do see things in your room that aren't there, and they do feel extremely real. I don't think there's anything in life that actually causes these things but i'm not sure. Maybe you should look into it, just in case:

I'm not saying this is definitely what it was, but it does sound similar to what my brother had, although he had a much scarier experience, although I don't really know what you were hallucinating, so i suppose I can't really say that haha.

Well I Hope I've Helped anyways :) x Good Luck.
