How can a teenage girl lose belly fat?!

Question: How can a teenage girl lose belly fat?
I just noticed my belly fat this year. I have made numerous changes to try and lose my "muffin top" for about a month now, but it is just not working. I have eliminated unhealthy foods such as pastries and oils from my diet, and am carefully watching my calorie and fat intake. I have also been jogging most days of the week for about half an hour, sometimes even longer if I have time. Do you have any suggestions on how I can successfully lose stomach fat as quickly as possible?

1) cut sugar and carbs. It is even worst than meat/oil because you don't get full from eating sugary food/drinks

2) It doesn't matter how long you jog. It is the intensity that count. You need to measure your heart rate and make sure you pushed yourself into fat losing zone.

the best exercise for weight loss is crossfit, it is kind of like P40x, but much more hardcore

Start by doing doing crunches and squats.....Also only drink water no juice or anything like that strictly water. Before you sit down to eat anything make sure to drink an entire bottle of water and eat an apple before each of your meals......also do not skip breakfast no exceptions this is the kick start to a work metabolism.....do not eat after 6 pm no exceptions if you get hungry just drink water........make sure you set up a proper work out routine it should look something like this

Monday
Abs and Legs
Tuesday
Chest and Butt
Wednesday
Arm and Abs
Thursday
Back and Whole body
Friday
Cellulite and Inner thigh
Saturday
Long walking (minimum 1 hour)
Sunday
Long walking (minimum 1 hour)
Abs – 20 minutes

Fat loss is usually more of a discipline issue. Without a combination of proper exercise and diet, any other fat loss method can post risks to anyone's health. This has been a proven fact for ages.
