Could changed sleeping habits caused a late period?!


Question: Could changed sleeping habits caused a late period?
First off, I'm 100% sure I'm not pregnant -__-

anyways, I'm a college student, and I just got off spring break, my sleeping habits, and eating habits were thrown way off over break, and I was wondering if that could cause a slightly delayed period.

It's only like 2 days late, but I'm just curious.

of course it could...any time of stress that you put your body through can cause it to be late. just give it a few more days. and dont stress over it, or it wont come when you want it.



If you haven't had unprotected sex, then it's possible that the disruption in your normal schedule has made you late.
