Question: Birth control messed me up..help?

Ok so I started my BC in November. It worked. My periods slowed down and came on the right day every month. Well I got it on time then I got really sick..like dehydrated. And I missed the pill completely. I'm back on track and ok now. But that Monday I felt like the normal drainage stuff was just coming out but when I went to the bathroom it was blood. It was sort of like my period but two weeks early. Now, it's been light bleeding since then. I'm still bleeding like a light period. I'm kinda bloated like a normal period. Not nauseous or anything. What is this??

It can take a few months to get "regulated" on the pill. Since you went of schedule you could just be trying to get back on a regulated ritual. Also, make sure you are taking your pills at the same time every day. If you don't it can cause some people to spot. I think you are fine, I wouldn't worry about this, BC pills can do crazy things, and can take your body while to get used to.

Spotting is normal when you're on birth control. It is also possible you had an ovarian cyst burst.
