increase your eating frequency from 2-3x a day to 5 or 6 small meals.
Allow yourself one treat a day to keep you from falling off the band wagon.
I also would turn the water to cold just before getting out of the shower to help boost my metabolism.
All in all I went from 267-185 in about 5 months. I have gained back a few pounds since I stopped working out as much. so keep it up.

BTW lifting weights along with cardio really helps tone and increase calorie usage. Don't do light weights. Superset doing fewer reps.

1 hour of exercise per day (hoovering can get rid of a lot of calories)
NO snacking and to help you do this eat 3 full healthy meals ; breakfast, lunch and dinner.
= a healthy life

What I did is track my calories so I had 1300 a day. I lost weight pretty well. (:
