I just lost my v-card on friday of last week, and after we did it that once we did two other times in one night so three total.
the next day i had bad muscle pain-and whenever i breathed in i could feel down there going in and out with my breathing (very weird). then it was my back after that for two days. then my breasts were hurting. then today earlier it felt like down there was vibrating.
so my question is how soon can i do it again?
like is my body ready or does it need time to heal?

you can do it whenever after, but if you are worried then wait a few days, and dont have sex more than once in a day until you're used to it. you're stretching you body in ways its not used to.
Considering you had sex a few times the same night, you can have sex right after your first time.
You should know this, you already did it. You don't NEED time to heal, but it helps.
Sounds like you need time to heal. Since that was your first time then that explains the pain. It might take a day or two for you to heal and be ready to have sex again.
