Did you find you wwere ever the same 'down there' after childbirth?!

Question: Did you find you wwere ever the same 'down there' after childbirth?
I have just read an online article by 3D pregnancy week by week saying that you will always be looser once having had a baby, is this true??!

Answers:

Well I was told by the Dr. that because its all muscle down there, that you will get back to normal. So I asked my husband if it felt any different and he said it felt the same, nothing was the slightest bit loose. He said if felt a little tighter.

I had a baby in November, and the only difference is the sensitivity (for me). I am a lot more sensitive to touch and stimulation. I am not at all looser after my full recovery.
What i did during my entire pregnancy is I did my Kegel exercises every single day for at LEAST 10 minutes. Do it at red lights in the car, during commercials while watching TV, every time your boyfriend or husband annoys you ;) whatever works!
You can also get kegel exercise balls at a local adult store. They are usually no more then $20 bucks and that will help your kegels as well. Its like working out for your vagina! If you go to the gym once are you going to see results? No, you have to go on a regular bases, its the same with this.
Do it daily, take a break after the pregnancy and don't start again until your body is fully healed.
This will not only help strengthen your orgasms, but also help when you are further along in your pregnancy and have a harder time holding your bladder! :)

Good luck and congratulations! :)

Had a beautiful baby girl November 15th, 2010
And I work at an upscale adult store, lots of pregnant/expregnant women come in :)
