Can you use a tampon on your very first period?!

Question: Can you use a tampon on your very first period?
Answers:

Yes you can but it can take a while to get used to wearing them. I would recommend using pads in general and only tampons during swimming, summer.

Indeed you can.
If you are a virgin, then you will probably find using a tampon quite uncomfortable, so start off with the smaller ones, make sure you relax when inserting, and try not to tense up!
Take it very slow and keep trying if youre keen to use them.
It took me a couple of goes but now its fine!!
Some people prefer using pads, however i find them uncomfortable and very sweaty and hot.
Tampons you can barely feel when inserted correctly.
Good Luck :)

you can but ive had mine for a year and still dont

personal preferance
