Question: Im sooooooo hungry! :(?
Im really hungry & all I ate was an tangerine today, I wanted to know what can I do to get my mind off it, don't say eat because I need to lose weight to become a model

Seasaltisland is soooo right! If you don't eat, you CAN'T lose weight! Your body goes into starvation mode, and so any fat you eat whatsoever is stored in your body... as visible fat. It might seem easier to starve yourself, but it doesn't work. It's sooo much more effective to just restrict your food intake a little, eating small portions instead of large, and eating lots of healthier food like tons of veggies and fruit and stuff. And then you can excercise as much as you need to to burn the calories that way instead. Trust me, it is SO the way to go. Good luck losing the weight... but don't hurt yourself! <33 You go girl be strong and lose weight the right way!!!

Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals. A 1999 South African study found that when men ate parts of their morning meal at intervals over five hours, they consumed almost 30 percent fewer calories at lunch than when they ate a single breakfast. Other studies show that even if you eat the same number of calories distributed this way, your body releases less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps control hunger.



NO NO NO NO NO U NEED TO EAT!! The only way to be super skinny is to eat the most balanced and healthy diet as you can. Exercise like a maniac is the way it go's ok???? You shouldn't starve yourself. Anorexia causes you to gain more weight when you start eating again. I don't want to hurt ur feelings but it's the truth.



Wow. Clearly one tangerine is not enough to keep your brain functioning normally.



Starve your self, oh that's smart.
Keep going that way and you'll be dead before you become a model.
