I Have Heavy Periods and i'm 13 and i've had my period for a year now and i have to wear night time pads during the day and nighht /: what should i doo ?

the best thing to do if you have that problem is to go to a doctor or planned parent hood. they can give you birth control to help out with the bleeding and the cramps. if you don't believe in the pill then since you have only been getting it for a year it should start to slack off. your body is just trying to regulate your system. try exercising and drinking water.
