Just had two dizzy spells, what on earth is wrong with me?!

Question: Just had two dizzy spells, what on earth is wrong with me?
The first time it happened this morning I was looking underneath my couch and I had such a bad dizzy spell I needed to cling to my table because I thought I was going to fall over.

The second time it happened, only about 15 minutes later when I was washing my hair over the bath, I turned my head and I nearly fell again with the dizziness, I had to cling to the handle of my bath so I wouldn't fall.

I can't go to class now because I'm afraid it could happen again either in class or on my way to/from class.

Any idea why this would happen to me, generally speaking?

Maybe you aren't eating enough/lacking nutrients. You might also be dehydrated. If that is not it I'd go get a test for anemia just in case. It is common with women.

It could be a vitamin deficiency,an inner ear issue,or poor circulation. If you haven't already, you should have your blood pressure and ears checked. As for the vitamin deficiency (the most likely cause) you still need to see a doctor, but they tend to push prescriptionn vitamins (which could be more expensive than you need)It is always a good idea to do your own research. What I can tell you is over the counter vitamins are seldom adequate.

It's just the equalibrium in your ear that is off balance. Did you get water in your ear as well? When you move or bend your head a certain way, dizzy spells are very likely. You may also have had a quick drop in blood pressure which is normal for the position that you were in.

There are a lot of reasons. MAYBE u are coming down sick. could also be stress and/or anxiety. Or maybe cause you were bending over. I am an older male and sometimes when i bend down like to pick something up and stand up fast i get dizzy and my heart starts beating. I am not a dr so i am not sure what is wrong with you but was just giving you some examples. You could also call the school and speak to the nurse and see what she says and if she thinks you should come in.

It sounds like your head was below your heart both times, a lot of blood in your head of oxygen poor blood. A head rush makes you dizzy, or your diet could be a possible cause also. Are you eating fairly well, and regular?

u did 2 many drugs
