Loestrin 24 fe patients savings card never sent to me?!


Question: Loestrin 24 fe patients savings card never sent to me?
When i tried to activate the savings card my doctor gave me(by phone) i was told the program had changed and they gave me new information(which i wrote down) and told me that a new card would arrive in the mail in 1-2 weeks. It has now been over a month and still no new savings card!
So my question is if i present the information i wrote down to my pharmacist will i still be able to recieve the discount?

Answers:

there is no guarantee. you can go to the pharmacy and give them the information and let them try but there is a possibility it won't go thru. if the pharmacy cannot get it to work, i would call the program again and ask to speak to a supervisor... tell them your issue and hopefully it will get resolved. if all else fails, you can call your dr's office and tell them the issue and see if they can resolve it themselves for you.
