Question: Does the shake-weight make your breast bigger? or make them appear bigger?
Im 15, in my teenage years... and since i got my period at 11... everyone tells me my boobs are getting any bigger than they are now... which is sad... cuz im barely a 34 B... i really want to be a small c... or at least a full 34 B. But if i cant... i want to do exercises that will make them appear bigger... i've been doing push ups everyday and if not everyday, every other day... i have also been drinking milk twice a day... can the shake-weight help me with my little problem? Will regular weights work.... what kind of exercises will lift my chest up to make my breasts appear larger?

Well for one, Muse is awesome. Listening to them as I answer this. For your problem, soy milk has a pseudo estrogen that can make your boobs bigger, also birth control works for some people. Pushup bras are probably what will help you out the best.



I love shake weight!! What it does is tone the muscles under your boobs, so it makes them perk up more, it doesn't make them grow however, that's just something ature takes her sweet time doing :) but shake weight is great toning and I love it :)



I don't know what you mean by shake weight but they may grow a little. There are benefits to doing exercises with weights like bench presses in that yuo will build the muscle which will create the illusion that they are larger but it won't be that much difference. Drinking milk, taking pills or creams -- no such thing will make them bigger. The only thing is if you gain weight and are fortunate to gain it where you want it -- and that never happens. Or if you get pregnant one day.
At 15...they may get a little bigger. But healthy is what you really want, hon. :-)
I'm a 36B and mine look bigger to most people than they are.



Society tells you that you're inadequate because your breasts aren't big enough however thats not the case you should really focus on your self esteem.Exercise doesn't make you convert muscle into fat,it simply causes your fat cells to shrink in size any exercise that's strenuous/works on your chest actually causes your breasts to shrink.

If you want bigger breasts you'll need to gain weight,start adding on 500 calories every two weeks until you reach 3000 calories however there's no guarantee it'll go to your breasts though ultimately it's determined by genetics.Some women are obese yet have breasts that are disproportionately small with their body's you are a product of your relatives genes.

I agree with PHDummy if your so self conscious that you wish you had bigger boobs just use a pushup bra.Athletic women usually have a low amount of body fat so unfortunately what the other person said about exercising making your breasts appear bigger isn't true.
