first for ur boobs if u feel round the nipple (yes wierd) it should feel hardish thats a breast bud :)
And the white stuff is discharge you get it before ur first period Your going to wanna put a pant liner in your underwear don't worry i got discharge for 2 years before my period :D

You'll know you're developing breast when you have breast buds, these are a small lump under your nipple, I'd say the bone you're feeling is actually your breast bud coming in now. It is normal for them to be sore when they are growing.

The white stuff is called vaginal discharge, girls start to get it anytime from 6 months to 2 years before getting their first period. I'd say you're closer to the 2 years side of that because you've only just started growing breasts now, and girls get their first period anytime from 18 months to 3 years after that happens.

The ''bone'' in your nipple is known as a breast bud.
Yes you are starting to get breasts, so you may want to start wear a training bra or a bra of some sort to protect your breasts.
The white stuff in your pants, is vaginal discharge and you have that for about 2-3 years then you get your first period,
If you find that the stuff in your pants is uncomfortable wear a pantie liner
Hope i helped x
