If you are a virgin there is no chance of you being pregnant, and if you are 13 there is a strong chance that your breasts are growing.
Breasts are normally warm - believe me, I have felt quite a few! And if you are wearing layers of clothing, it is likely your whole body will be warmer than if you were naked.
So to me what you describe is absolutely normal!
