What should I do to gain weight?!


Question: What should I do to gain weight?
I am almost 14, 5"1 & 80 lbs
I am trying to gain weight. I am trying to eat more an stuff. Any tips?
Also, what excersizes do I have to do for muscle/weight gain?
I have no weights/dumbbells. What excersizes should I do? Thanks alot!(:

go to the store and buy lowfat choc milk take it after workout what you can do for muscle is pushups get your hands about 3 foot apart and go all the way down were you just touching the ground then shoot up then put your hands in a dimond position about 1 foot away from each other go down shoot up do them as many times as you can take a break for 10 sec then do it again do it 5 times all together as many as you can each time... then do crunches put your feet flat on the ground laying on your back and work your abs as many as you can 5 times with a 10 sec break between each lastly dips.. get 2 chairs put your feet on one and you butt on the other then put your hands down bye your side and push up then go down about a foot from the ground(depending on how high the chair is) and shoot up do it also as many as you can 10 sec break after youv done all you can do and repeat..... lastly squats stand with your feet shoulder with apart then sqat down with your back strait go down untill your legs are atleast at a 90 degree angle then shoot up don as many as you can 10 sec break 5 times ....do all these workouts every other day and drink your milk after you work out and also on your off day if you do as i have said you should start seeing results in a couple weeks... and one more thing make shure you streatch befor you workout everytime amd also after you work out its good 2 streatch... hope this helps:)

u have to gain weight the healthy way eat potaoes macorni salads with aspargus dont gain weigh the bad way or u will have jiggly arms
