i always take advil but that never seems to help...
anyone have a good cramp medicine that works for them?!

There are lots of painkillers you can try but probably going to the doc is the best option. advil has never worked for me, I take either naproxen or ketoroloc which is real strong. I think you can always have something natural like a cup or tea and place something warm in your womb.
i dont usually take medicine and i dont advise people to take it often because one day when you really need medication it wont work. i usually just drink green tea or any other herbal tea available and it always makes me feel better..i think the warmth of the tea helps. avoid cold drinks that makes me feel worse.
