Why are my boobs sagging at 14?!

Question: Why are my boobs sagging at 14?
I wear pretty good normal bras from Macy's and my sports bras are Under Armour, if that matters, lol.
I wear a 36D, and recently my boobs have started to sag. I have started to run quite a lot from track and while I'm running my boobs bounce around. I can't have them not move at all because that restricts my breathing. (Trust me, I've tried it, lol.)
My boobs are usually very perky and it's making me sad how they sag, lol.

any help would be great! Thanks!

Hey,

Don't worry! :) First - running DOES NOT cause sagging so don't even think about giving that up. Running is excellent cardio exercise, will help you keep toned generally, and the movement actually helps to keep the supporting ligaments strong. Breast movement when running is completely normal and you're right not to try to prevent it - you don't need to. Bras and sports bras control movement, they don't prevent it, and they are not supposed to.

Now, second, I am just about certain that what you're calling 'sagging' is not sagging at all - it's the perfectly normal, natural and lovely shape of larger natural breasts. They are not supposed to be the same 'half a tennis ball' shape of little A or B cups, just bigger - larger breasts will always drop a bit and they're absolutely supposed to (they would look pretty scary if they were like half a basketball!).

Really don't worry about it, you sound completely normal and I'm sure you have nothing to feel sad about! Be proud of your curves, and enjoy your running! :)

Unless you want your nipples to be below your navel, stop with the running. All that bouncing is stretching the skin that supports your boobs and keeps them perky.

That's normal if you have large breast you can try wearing a more supportive bra.
