Clocks moving forward an hour and Birth Control?!

Question: Clocks moving forward an hour and Birth Control?
Since the clocks are moving forward on Sunday, I normally take my birth control at 10:45. Because of the clocks going forward when should I take my birth control now? I'm on Marvelon (21 day pack)
So confused about it all!

Answers:

Just keep taking it at 10.45. An hour makes no difference. They say on the pack to take it at exactly the same time each day, but that is more to cover themselves than for any other reason. An hour early or an hour late makes no real discernible difference to the hormone levels in your blood stream, and does not increase you risk of pregnancy.

You should be fine to take it at 10:45 still. It'll take more then a hour for it to work all the way out of your system.

Just take it at the new 10.45 (i.e. go forward with the clocks). Taking it 1hr late won't affect it.
