GURLS ONLY PLEASE( embarrassing)?!
Question: GURLS ONLY PLEASE( embarrassing)?
Answers:
I can understand not wanting a male relative to see the stuff. Camis are no big deal, they are pretty much just spaghetti strap tops with elastic inside. Maybe ask your mom to wash them for you, or hand wash them in the sink or bathtub.
As for asking, just straight up tell your mom you've grown out of your t shirt bras and need a real one. She should understand and take you to get new bras. Women should be able to ask each other questions about things like this, later you'll have to not be shy to ask a friend for a tampon if you need one or ask a teacher to let you go to the bathroom when you're on your period. If you need something, you need it, and you can't be afraid to ask for it because let me tell you it's not fun to have to wear a huge jacket to hide your breasts because your bra doesn't fit properly or tie a jacket around your waist because you bled through your jeans.
(Tip: Carry pads/tampons in your purse. When you have to go to the bathroom, bring your purse with you when you ask the teacher and curl your other arm around your stomach like you're cramping. 90% of the time the teacher will let you go. This is especially effective for male teachers, because they want to avoid awkwardness. And carry a jacket with you in case you bleed through your pants.)
Message me if you want to ask or talk about anything else, I'll listen to you and give you as good advice as I can. :)
Good luck sweetie!
You shouldn't freak out about it because he probably wouldn't notice unless he also sorts the laundry. So you can offer to sort the laundry or just hand-wash your bras (which is better for them and makes them last longer, anyways).
With your mom, you can just ask her when she got her first "real" bra and then tell her that you want to try one.
Honestly, your dad doesn't even notice what goes in the wash!! Lol and Camis r no bug deal and t shirt bras look like sports bras. Just tell your mom that you need somenew bras bc your other ones are not good anymore. Trust me, your dad doesn't care that much and your mom will take u shopping. No worries
Just Ask... everyone needs to wear a bra at some point! Don't worry about it.. Your mom should be supportive!
