Question: Teenage girl weight loss help?
ok, im 16 and i want to know how to stay dedicated to dropping some weight. all i want to do is really drop weight in my tummy section. like i see all these celebs like jennifer hudson, tocarra, jordan sparks etc..are all chubby girls who lost weight. like i would've thought they would've stayed chubby to represent all the chubby girls lol because they're all pretty but no. i mean im not that chubby, like my boobs come out farther than my stomach...and im only a 36b so yeah...how can i stay dedicated to lose weight? i start, then stop, start, then stop and never really seem to drop anything...i've heard before to leave my body alone and let myself grow but really i don't think im growing anymore...like my measurements are 39, 32, 40 and 5'2 and don't see myself growing anymore...

Whatever size you are is the perfect size for you. That's why not everyone walks around like a string bean or a hippopotamus. Just learn to live with yourself; that's why losing weight is so hard - it's like changing your body. I mean, a healthy weight is good and all, but there's a reason why some are big-boned and others are not.



tummy fat is 85% eating habit and 15% CARDIO no weights, that later for toning.

You should loose about three inches on your tummy if you stick to this easy diet.
Stay away from all white carbs, breads, pastas, toster goods etc. and so 30 minutes of cardio (running, jumping jacks, basically anything that doesn't target a specific area.)

go into to a high school sport or join some type of sport
