How to get rid of this rear-end?!


Question: How to get rid of this rear-end?
Hi all,
I'm 5'4" and 123. I'm happy with my weight.
I measure 33" 27" 39". The 39 is a problem. I'm moderately active and spend about 4 hours a day walking/lifting/climbing stairs at work, and I also run on my own. The problem is, the more fit I become, the smaller my top half gets and my lower stomach/lower body stays the same. I have very strong legs and calves, but I feel a little disproportional. Ideas on work out to help?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Perhaps alter your diet and get a trainer to help you to target that area.
