It's never been irregular, even in the beginning. It's always been every 28 days on the dot.
But for some reason, I randomly started 8 days early today :( what's going on?
I haven't had a change in diet or anything. Nothing in my life has changed. Why is it suddenly so early??

Absolutely nothing to worry about, it's perfectly fine. It might a certain food type, or increase in your physical activity, or just hormones and stress. It could also be just your body, with no changes.
Basically you can expect all kind of changes within the first several years of your period. I know mine didn't get regular until after 3 years or so.

things like that happen when your 14,things will get back on track. this could go on for a year or so. talk to your mom about it. don't worry about it.
For the first 2 years it might be like that. Nothings wrong.
